HOW TO PREPARE FORMULA MILK FOR BABY

1) Do not forget to check the expiry date of the powder.

2)Clean your hands properly with soap and lukewarm water.
3)Boil the water.
4)Measure and pour the prescribed amount of warm water into a glass as per description.
5)With the help of a spoon add the required amount of milk powder into the glass.
6)Now keep stirring continuously with the spoon until no lumps are left.
7)Now pour the mixture into the feeding bottle immediately and close the lid tightly and feed immediately.

TIPS: *Do not make a large amount of milk at once, it is recommended to make the desired amount and feed immediately. Do not store for more than 2 hours.
* It is recommended to always feed baby boil and warm water.
*If milk cools down, then make sure to warm it again before feeding.
*Warm milk is easy to digest for babies.

HOW TO CHOOSE BEST FEEDING BOTTLE FOR YOUR BABY
*Avent natural feeding bottle. (glass, plastic)
*Meemee premium glass bottle.
*Philips Avent natural feeding bottle.
*Leroyal stainless steel baby bottle.

1)Always choose a glass or stainless steel bottle instead of a plastic bottle.
2)If you have a plastic/fiber bottle do not forget to check toxic material in it.

HOW TO CORRECTLY CLEAN YOUR BABY FEEDING BOTTLE
1) Since I use a steel bottle it's easy to clean you can easily clean it with bottle cleaning brushes.
2)Use mild or natural dishwashing liquid or soap I use Avent baby bottle cleaning liquid dish wash.
3)Do not use steel scrubber for cleaning.
4)Rinse thoroughly until no soap is left.
5)Wash multiple times with water.
6)After cleaning sterilize the bottle by boiling it in the water at least for 2-3 minutes.
(sterilizing kill bacteria and germs)
7)After wiping and drying the bottle pour the solution and feed the baby.
8)If using plastic /fiber bottle do not boil then just wash them thoroughly with hot water multiple times to make it germs free
9)Wash the nipples properly.

PROBLEMS WHILE  FEEDING WITH BOTTLE
*Using plastic bottles can be harmful to your baby health as it is made of toxic material that can damage the immune system.
*All nipples can be sterilized in boiling water.
*Glass bottle has risk handle with care there is a risk of breakage.
*I personally recommend s stainless steel bottle since they are easy to use, wash, boil.
*Don't forget to change the nipple of your bottle every 3 months if you sterilize with sterilizer or sterilized with boiling water change every 2 months.
*Change bottle every 6 months.
*Cleaning your feeding bottle by washing and boiling it properly after every use.
*Doctor also recommends not to use bottles but if you maintain hygiene then you can.
* After 4 -5 months try to feed your baby by the glass, spoon its good for your baby health.
