Diet plan for 1 month to 5 month baby.

1. Give only breastmilk to 1-5 month babies.

2. Breastmilk is best for babies mental and        physical heath.

3. Feed your newborn 8 to 12 feeding a day_About one feeding every 2 to 3 hours.

How to pick the right milk formula.

NOTE: If your milk production low or not coming then you can give formula milk to your baby But infant formula take two times longer for a baby to digest then breastmilk. So feed newborn at least every 3 to 4 hours.

1. Mostly NAN PRO - 1 milk formula widly used for 1 to 2 months babies. ( if your baby not accept this formula then you can switch other brand. Because some time baby spilt out the milk. )
2. ENFAMIL - Manufacturer mead johnson its very light to digest.
3. SIMILAC ADVANCE - if your baby splits more then you can switch to SIMILAC ADVANCE whivh is popular and i also used its great.
4. AMUL SPRAY - its also best for your baby you can try it because its cheep or easy to digest.
5. COW MILK - its also good for baby health. (but doctor recomended dont give cow milk before the 1 year of age.

* In cow milk i recognige some health issue like constipation .
* If your baby accept this milk and no health issue then you can feed your child its realy great otherwise you can switch.

TIPS: You can choose any type of formula milk brand which shuit's your baby.

* All babies are defferent and there body or choices are defferent.
* So you can choose formula brand according to your baby.

FEEDING TIME - Generaly you can feed 7 to 8 times in a day but if you give formula then 6 to 7 times in a day according to baby requirements .

WATER REQUIREMENT - If your baby 1to 5months or he/she taking breastmilk no required water to drink but if baby take formula milk then give them water little ammount like 1 spoon depend on weather condition  if summer then give water 1 to 2 spoon otherwise rainy or winter season no required water.
